The Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), Anchorage Post, is sponsoring Reviewing and Analyzing Critical Path Method (CPM) Construction Schedule training seminar on February 19, 2010 at the Captain Cook Hotel. Cost for this training course is $150 for non-military and $50 for military personnel.

The goal of this training is to demystify CPM scheduling. After this course you will have a higher proficiency in reviewing baseline and progress construction schedules, and performing change order time impact analyses. This same course is currently being taught to the US Army Corps of Engineers, Alaska District.
